Your core tasks

  • Ownership of our CRM strategy and its according performance
  • Establish a CRM strategy and communication concept and drive its end to end implementation.
  • Drive the next level of Marketing automation forward.
  • Derive insights from onsite user flow and customer & shopper journeys through our online shops.
  • Actively drive great user and customer experience onsite according with our brand communication strategy and
    e-commerce objectives.
  • Ownership of successful new customer acquisitions onsite and newsletter registrations
  • Build a targeted communication concept according to identified customer audience segments. Identify and implement supportive technologies for optimal customer experience and repeat business.
  • Partnership management
  • Lead on newsletter and emailing strategy with automation and personalization. Drive the implementation with the corresponding technology.
  • Delivery of data-driven analyses, derived insights and reports on our CRM measurements’ success. Drive optimization cycles for achieving best practices with regard to business objectives and the conversion funnel. Responsibility of KPI driven performance for this business area.
  • Support Schleich Marketing and Sales projects and the Schleich digital transformation agenda.
  • Ongoing push for customer satisfaction, higher shopper conversion and innovation, with a pro-active mindset for growth - in your own area and for Schleich overall

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Business Management, e-commerce & CRM.
  • You have gathered a broad experience as a CRM Manager (minimum 3-5 years) in a digital marketing and brand context.
  • You have advanced knowledge of CRM technologies, PIM, PXP and Google Analytics.
  • You show a highly analytical approach and are KPI driven.
  • Your daily jargon runs on engagement, acquisition, conversion, retention, re-targeting, cross-sale, mobile UX, A/B testing, Marketing automation, personalization, branding & more.
  • Knowledge of newsletter tools as well ESPs is required. Optional: Photoshop, HTML, CSS.
  • Strong collaboration skills, both with internal teams and external agencies are required.
  • You speak both Business German and English fluently – including excellent copy-writing skills.
