Campaign / Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
in Munich

Your core tasks

  • Lead on shopper campaigns strategy and shopper communication of Schleich own online Shops
  • Lead on promotions strategy – both concept build and implementation in line with performance insights and sales targets
  • Drive paid traffic acquisition measurements and new customer registrations on-site: responsible for performance marketing campaigns, SEA Google, Affiliate Marketing and Display Marketing. Optimizing all campaigns by defined KPIs and sales targets. Drive also our B2B performance campaigns with Amazon.de (AMS)
  • Maintain the campaign marketing calendar and implement digital Marketing as well as Brand campaigns on our Schleich site and campaign sites. Drive Omnichannel campaign execution via campaign sites and platforms
  • Implement a coherent, global brand presence through strong alignment with Marketing, Sales teams and our direct markets
  • Partnership management, e.g. agencies
  • Delivery of reports and analysis on our Shopper marketing and consumer marketing campaigns best practices.
  • Ongoing push for customer satisfaction, higher shopper conversion and for innovation, with a pro-active mindset for growth – in your own area and also for Schleich overall

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, eCommerce or computer science.
  • You have minimum 5 years work experience; broad experience as a campaign manager or campaign marketing in a digital marketing role.
  • You have advanced Photoshop skills or skills of a similar tool and you have also advanced Google Analytics knowledge.
  • You have Basic HTML as well as CSS and web publishing skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, both with internal teams and external agencies required.
  • Support of digital transformation at Schleich through coaching colleagues on campaign performance insights and campaign.
  • Your are fluent in English and have very good German language skills (spoken and written).
  • You have relevant professional experience abroad and an international mindset - at least working experience in international teams.
