Your core tasks

  • Actively promote topics in new work, digitalisation, agility and cultural change
  • Drive digital innovation, engender a digital mindset and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the global organization
  • Support the development of our culture, using tools & methods that ensure the retention of employees within the digital cloud environment at Schleich
  • Provide innovative impulses to adapt or develop our further transformation strategy
  • Support the implementation of a multichannel communication strategy for internal transformation projects
  • Identify specific use cases and support their change across teams and tools
  • Support our virtual event design for different formats
  • Drive all internal activities according strategic and operational planning with various external partners
  • Support the people development planning with digital elements and analyses of training needs on new technologies and ways of working

Your profile

  • You have a degree in (Economic) Psychology, Economics or (Business) Informatics
  • You have several years of practical experience in transformation in the context of culture & digitalisation projects
  • You are not afraid of challenging the the status quo and driving the digital way of working
  • You are characterised by a high level of conceptual and implementation skills and bring ideas to life independently
  • You have an affinity for IT, stakeholder management and strong intercultural competence
  • You are creative in the conception, design and implementation of attractive communication formats
  • You love to enable other people and to delight the spirit of cultural and digital adaption
  • Your tendency to choose the data driven approach underlines your analytical mindset
  • You are fluent in English and German; an additional language would be a plus
