Your core tasks

The main scope is related to Customer Service administration for international dealer partners, reporting to the Head of Customer Service HQ. You will provide admin support and drive defined sales processes linked with Consumer Service (Germany based).
  • Customer Service Administration
    • Process orders for international dealer partners including order entry, tracking order status and block and promo order handling.
    • Set up new customers.
    • Complaint management: returns, missing items, missing delivery notes etc. including credit notes.
    • Support of commercial customers regarding shipment tracking, backorder lists, price inquiries and more via email and on the phone.
    • Consumer service-related tasks in close collaboration with the HQ Consumer Service in Germany.

Your profile

  • Professional knowledge and experience:
    • Business management training and at least 1 year work experience in a similar position.
    • Fluent English in speaking and writing, ideally also knowledge of Czech in speaking and writing.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP SD knowledge is beneficial.
  • Competencies:
    • You work result-oriented.
    • You are customer as well as consumer-oriented.
    • You are a team worker and communicate actively.
