The following adventures await you at Schleich:

Customer Service B2B
  • Handling and supervising orders as well as securing and tracking customer fill rates
  • Interface management between Customer, Sales, internal departments such as Logistics, Supply Planning, Finance
  • Proactive tracking of promotions (novelties, promo-orders)
  • Active support of field service representatives
  • support of commercial customers regarding order management, availability, shipment tracking, price inquiries and more via email and on the phone
  • Complaints' management
  • Answering inbound/outbound customer calls, answering, and solving customer requests within defined service hours

Office Administration, Trade Marketing & Consumer Service
  • Secure that office in Prague is up and running smoothly
  • Support Country Manager as well as Marketing Manager in some operational tasks, including providing various marketing assets to partners, proofreading of marketing materials in CZ language
  • Czech and Poland Consumer service-related tasks in close collaboration with the German Headquarter 

The chapters of your story so far:

  • You have a degree in business administration or similar
  • You bring at least 3 years of work experience in a relevant position
  • You are fluent in English and Czech; Polish is a plus
  • You have profound knowledge in SAP SD module and MS Office
  • You describe yourself as results-oriented, customer and consumer oriented 
  • You feel comfortable in dynamic environments and always push for continuous improvement 
  • You like working in international teams
