Digital Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
in Munich

Your core tasks

  • Lead on our content marketing strategy online for the Brand, both B2B and B2C  
  • Take ownership of the non-paid traffic acquisition to Schleich own online Shops and Schleich sites overall to reach defined KPIs and sales targets
  • Lead on content performance success – incl. video, animation & more: focus on storytelling and engagement, ensuring a coherent, engaging digital brand presence, through aligned Marketing campaigns and an aligned approach to content quality
  • Establish a content development framework and model to drive brand and product desire, together with our brand communications teams and product marketing teams
  • Maintain the B2B marketing calendar and implement digital Marketing campaigns with (B2B) customers, including the provision of assets for our Brand shops on retail partner sites
  • Steer the content development and delivery process for key partners like Amazon (A+pages, Brand Shop, SEO, etc.)
  • Delivery of reports and analysis on our B2B campaigns, SEO measurements and content marketing success
  • Responsible for Content Management of our Schleich B2B portal and for our global online Brand and trademark protection and domain management, including agency management
  • Ongoing push for customer satisfaction, higher shopper conversion and for innovation, with a pro-active mindset for growth – in your own area and also for Schleich overall

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, eCommerce or computer science.
  • You have minimum 5 years work experience; broad experience as a content manager or content marketing in a digital marketing role and solid experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • You have Advanced Photoshop skills or skills of a similar tool as well as advanced Google Analytics knowledge.
  • Basic InDesign skills. Basic HTML and CSS and web publishing are also tools which you are familiar with.
  • Experience on content management platform and/or PIM, product information management software’s, are an advantage.
  • Your are fluent in English and have very good German language skills (spoken and written).
  • You have relevant professional experience abroad and an international mindset - at least working experience in international teams.
