Digital Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
in Munich

Your core tasks

  • Lead on our content marketing strategy online for the Brand, both B2B and B2C
  • Whether you produce images, short videos and videos or animations: You are a digital native and focus on the production of both commercial content sets for promotions as well as storytelling and engagement assets, ensuring a coherent and engaging digital brand presence.
  • Establish an E2E content delivery process and framework supporting our growth targets together with our digital marketing and product marketing teams
  • Steer the content development and delivery process with external production agencies – from pre-production (samples collection, creation of shooting briefings and concepts, organization of models, sign-off of shooting offers, presence at the shooting) until post-production (retouching and formatting)
  • Define objectives for new content production process for digital marketing campaigns: Onsite (, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) & Youtube incl. YouTube Kids
  • Administrate our DAM (data asset management) database as application owner for day-to-day maintenance as well as future enhancements
  • Connect with the Sales Team on a regular basis to gather all needed requirements for B2B content
  • Create international guidelines for content production in line with our brand strategy
  • Delivery of tests, reports, and analysis on content marketing success

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, eCommerce or computer science.
  • You have minimum 5 years of work experience; broad experience as a content manager or in content marketing in a digital marketing role and solid experience with web traffic metrics.
  • You have advanced Photoshop skills or skills of a similar tool as well as advanced Google Analytics knowledge.
  • You bring basic InDesign, HTML and CSS skills.
  • You are experienced with content management platform and/or product information management software.
  • You are business fluent in English.
  • You have relevant professional experience abroad and an international mindset.
