IT Helpdesk Agent (m/f/d)
Remote role that can work from any of the following areas: UK, Netherlands, Germany or Czech Republic

Your core tasks

  • Technical 1st level user support (100% remote)
  • Service- & Incident Request Management in our ticket system
  • Support of all daily user questions about Windows 10, Office, M365, and their end devices (laptop, desktop, mobile devices)
  • Support in system/software changes & rollouts
  • Ticket dispatching for the 2nd & 3rd level support
  • Software- & license management, installation, and support
  • User administration (Active Directly, AzureAD)
  • Documentation of workarounds, user hand-outs and maintaining the knowledge database
  • Optional: on-site support with hardware rollouts or movements

Your profile

  • You have a qualification/certification as an IT system administrator (m/w/d) or equivalent education.
  • You have professional experience in the environment of IT user support/helpdesk.
  • You have good knowledge about Microsoft Windows 10, MS Office & M365 Tools, as well as other standard business applications.
  • You have at least some experiences with Active Directly and/or AzureAD.
  • Current Microsoft certificates would be a plus.
  • You have fluent German & English skills.
  • You are friendly and communicative.
  • You work solution-oriented with a strong focus on the user needs.
