Office Manager (d/f/m)
(part-time, 30 hours/week)
in Munich

Your core tasks

  • Full office support in the Schleich Munich office (approx. 60 employees) 
  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety 
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers 
  • Provide SAP support (ordering process, invoices)  
  • Internal and external event planning and execution  
  • Calendar Management of the Global Leadership Team members  
  • Travel booking and visa management  
  • Travel expense accounting for the Global Leadership Team  
  • Back-up during absence of Executive Assistant 

Your profile

  • You have several years of professional experience as an Office Manager (m/f/d) and/or as an Assistant.  
  • You have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. 
  • You are experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and are able to work independently with little or no supervision. 
  • You gained work experience in an international environment. 
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.  
  • You have very good knowledge of MS 365 tools. 
  • You ideally have good knowledge of SAP and HRWorks.
