(Senior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
in Munich

Your core tasks

  • Responsibility for our largest stationary Key Account Customers in Germany and the first point of contact for the omnichannel appearance of our dealers
  • Through extensive activities, you ensure the achievement of the defined growth targets and create long-term success through a partnership and strategic cooperation.
  • Development of customer-specific sales strategies and plans and use of your sales know-how across customers
  • You will develop proposals for advertising, campaigns, and growth potentials for innovative marketing approaches and accompany them from the first idea to successful implementation.
  • Working out suggestions for new products, orders, and placements across all interfaces and work closely with colleagues from other departments
  • You independently conduct annual meetings and negotiation of terms with your assigned key account customers.
  • As a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are also responsible for our back office team in terms of technical and discipline and pass on your experience and knowledge to your team in order to promote our sales talents.
  • Responsibility for the development, creation, and implementation of customers/business plans (conception, strategy, optimization of goals, planning measures, controlling, administration)

Your profile

  • You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Sales, etc.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant sales experience, industry knowledge is desirable.
  • Assertiveness and negotiating skills are your hallmarks.
  • You are fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
  • You have relevant professional experience abroad and an international mindset - at least working experience in international teams.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office 365 and basic knowledge of SAP.
