Accounts Receivable Assistant (all genders)
20 hours/week
Please note that this position is based in Prague and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Posting of customer remittances (E.g. Amazon)
- Posting incoming customer payments by bank transfer, cheque and credit card
- Credit collection
- Sending statements of account, invoices, credit notes etc. to customers/sales
- Reconciliation of accounts in agreement with the customer
- Processing of customer deduction cases/claims:
- Liaising with customers, clients & sales team to acquire relevant documents & approvals
- Creating, posting & netting customer credit notes for DCM cases
- Processing reminders (remittances, portals & POD’s)
- Back-up for the AR
Your story so far:
- Ability to analyze financial data & identify discrepancies
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Initiative, drive, attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously with strong written & verbal communication with both customers and internal departments
- Problem solving ability for resolving payment queries, discrepancies & account reconciliations
- Proficient in data entry with strong numerical skills
- Knowledge of SAP Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables), proficient knowledge of Outlook & MS Teams
