Our application process

  1. Application
You can apply within a few minutes via our online form or conveniently via one-click with your LinkedIn profile. As soon as we received your application, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to you.
 
  1. Screening
Our recruiting team will review your application documents and check your profile for the requirements of the position in close cooperation with the specialist department. You will receive feedback on the status of your application within two weeks at the latest.
 
  1. Initial interview
If your application has convinced us, we will invite you to an initial interview with HR by phone or Teams, lasting a maximum of one hour.
 
  1. Personal interview
If you are shortlisted after the initial interview and you have also gained a positive impression, you will be invited to a personal interview (approx. 1.5 - 2 hours) on site. Your future manager will take part in this interview as well.

Depending on the position, we will gain a full picture of your qualifications through job-related case studies. These case studies will give you an insight into the tasks and the demands they place on you.
 
  1. Decision
The impression we gain from you is rounded off in selected application processes by accompanying online test procedures.

After we have gone through all the steps of your application process, we will inform you of our decision as soon as possible.
