1. Your Application

2. Getting to Know Your Profile
Our Recruiting Team reviews your application together with the hiring team.
We take a close look at your experience, skills, and expectations to understand how well they match the role.
You can expect to hear back from us within ten days.
3. First Conversation
In the first interview with a member of our Recruiting Team, we'd like to learn more about you, your professional background, and your motivation.
At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about Schleich, our team, and the role, as well as ask any initial questions you may have.
4. Professional Exchange
In the next step, you'll meet your potential future manager as well as additional representatives from the respective business area.
Together, we'll discuss your experience, the requirements of the role, and the challenges that await you at Schleich. To make the most of our conversation, we recommend familiarizing yourself with Schleich, our brand, and the broader context of the position beforehand. This allows us to dive straight into the topics that are most relevant to the role.
5. Personal Meeting
Depending on the position, we'll invite you to an in-person meeting at one of our offices or to an additional virtual interview.
You'll have the opportunity to meet more team members, gain deeper insights into your future work environment, and get to know Schleich even better. If we meet in person, you'll also get a firsthand impression of our office, our way of working, and the unique world of Schleich.
For some positions, the selection process may also include a practical task, case study, presentation, or assessment.
6. Our Decision
Once the process is complete, we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible with our decision.
