Consumer Service Agent - German speaking (all genders)
in Prague

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

In this role, you will report functionally to the Consumer Service Specialist and work closely with the Quality Team at the headquarters in Germany.
  • Handling all types of consumer complaints (feedback, product suggestions, complaints, criticism) in the Zendesk ticket system
  • Processing quality reports, customer orders, and spare part deliveries
  • Monitoring the content of consumer complaints
  • Handling consumer inquiries via phone and email
  • Monitoring consumer orders

Your story so far: 

Expertise and Experience:
  • Education in business administration and at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

  • Strong understanding of and ability to identify with families and children's behavior
  • Team player with proactive communication skills
