​Controller – Contracts & Pricing (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

The following tasks await you at schleich®:

Operational Controlling

  • Introduction and continuous maintenance of a new pricing system with a focus on performance-based conditions (active vs. passive conditions, contractual penalties, etc.)
  • Maintenance of the European contract database (Shareflexx) and transfer of conditions into SAP, including coordination of contractual penalties, VAS, etc., in various languages
  • Active intervention when agreed conditions are not aligned with planning or budget, and provision of decision-relevant information to support negotiations
  • Ensuring a consistent European pricing and conditions framework and contributing to cross-functional projects
  • Responsibility for gross-to-net monitoring including accruals, as well as clarification and analysis of deviations
  • Calculation and approval of special prices and promotional discounts

Forecasting & Planning

  • Support in developing forecasts and targets based on historical data, market trends, contractual conditions, and business objectives
  • Support in the preparation of sales forecasts as well as in the planning and steering of sales targets
  • Preparation of meaningful presentations and reports for management

Process Optimization

  • Contribution to identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within existing sales processes and structures
  • Support in the development and implementation of controlling tools to sustainably increase efficiency

What you bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Controlling or FP&A
  • Ideally, experience in the FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical skills combined with very good Excel knowledge
  • Experience working with SAP, Lucanet and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to set priorities
  • Fluent English skills
