D2C Post Purchase Manager (all genders)
in München, Germany
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Global responsibility for all client-facing post-purchase activities, including systems, website implementations, and external partners
- Ownership to maintain D2C customer service management with external partners
- Liaison between D2C and the remaining organization regarding finance and logistics for North America and Europe
- Post-purchase cost center planning
- Oversight, maintenance and continuous improvement of all post-purchase activities on the website globally (order tracking, account management, returns, shipping & logistics, refunds)
- Awareness of regional differences and acting accordingly
- IT project management of necessary implementations regarding the post-purchase activities
- External partner management
- Process ownership, both internally and externally for the above-mentioned activities
- Orchestration of internal finance and logistics processes towards D2C
Your story so far:
- Business degree (Business Administration/IT), ideally with strengths in Communication, Marketing and Management and with a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in D2C ecommerce
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English - any other EU languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Adobe Commerce or Salesforce
- Proven project management capabilities
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Basic technical understanding how interfaces between systems are working
