Digital Shelf Specialist (all genders)
in Charlotte, North Carolina (USA) or Munich (Germany)
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Digital Product Catalog Management: Organize and categorize our product content to ensure consistent and appealing presentation across all digital touchpoints
- Digital Shelf Monitoring: Ensure product representation is accurate, including correct images and descriptions
- Performance Metrics Establishment: Define KPIs for digital shelf performance, create scorecards, and manage reporting tools for success measurement
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to gain valuable insights for performance improvement
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as project manager for content syndication and advise internal teams on optimizing quality and timing of digital assets
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues with product content or digital shelf displays
- Process Development: Proactively develop new processes to integrate Digital Shelf requirements into the commercialization process
- E-Commerce Ambassador: Train cross-functional partners on eCommerce needs and promote understanding of digital strategies
Your story so far:
- You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce or data management, particularly in supporting Amazon
- You possess strong analytical skills and can analyze data as well as identify trends
- You demonstrate effective project management and prioritization skills and make data-driven decisions
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working with global, cross-functional teams
- You have experience with product management systems (e.g. Salsify, Syndigo, Remdash) and handling large datasets
- You pay great attention to detail and have advanced knowledge of Excel functions
- You are a positive team player with a strong work ethic
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
