Ecommerce Specialist – Amazon (all genders)
in Munich

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

Vendor Central Oversight:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Central across all EU9 marketplaces, ensuring full compliance with Amazon’s guidelines, terms, and policies within the vendor ecosystem
  • Oversee onboarding, maintenance, and performance tracking of products listed on Vendor Central, managing end-to-end catalog operations across all markets
Product Optimization:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings for content accuracy, brand consistency, and discoverability across EU9 locales, following Amazon best practices
  • Conduct regular content audits to enhance SEO, improve visibility, and drive conversions through optimized titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, A+ content, and videos
Inventory & Demand Planning:
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing demand forecasts and stock availability across all EU9 marketplaces
  • Use analytical insights to optimize replenishment, reduce stockouts, and manage Amazon demand forecasts while planning peak season deals for events like Prime Day and Black Friday
 Agency Management:
  • Manage relationships with external eCommerce agencies, ensuring seamless alignment with Amazon EU9 strategies and consistent execution across all initiatives
  • Regularly monitor agency performance, provide feedback, and adjust deliverables as needed to maintain quality and adapt to evolving Amazon EU marketplace requirements
 Data & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze sales performance, ROI, conversion rates, and other KPIs, producing actionable reports and insights for continuous improvement
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities, category expansions, and proactively monitor chargebacks and vendor metrics
 Vendor Relations:
  • Build strong working relationships with Amazon EU vendor support teams to ensure smooth issue resolution, proactive account maintenance, and adherence to vendor requirements
  • Identify and address operational challenges, such as POs, delivery discrepancies, and chargebacks, while staying up-to-date with Amazon’s vendor policies, terms, and new initiatives

Your story so far: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years on the Amazon 
    platform, specializing in Vendor Central
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with strong accountability, adept at 
    managing multiple priorities and clear communication
  • Skilled in data analysis and trend interpretation, delivering actionable insights
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate 
    effectively across teams
  • Adaptable to Amazon’s evolving policies, algorithms, and tools, and proficient in 
    MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel (lookups, pivot tables)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
