FP&A Manager (all genders)
in Munich (Germany)

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

Strategic Planning:
  • Promoting strategic planning by critically scrutinizing and transferring corporate value drivers into meaningful financial planning
  • Preparation of presentations and analyses for the management for strategic decision-making
  • Conducting business reviews across various cost centers, with a particular focus on IT and marketing, as well as acting as a sparring partner and strategic business partner for the respective division heads
  • Processing ad-hoc requests and participating in cross-departmental projects
Financial Planning and Reporting:
  • Preparation and moderation of the monthly closing together with FP&A & Finance in close cooperation with the CFO
  • Responsibility for monthly / quarterly reporting for management, investors and banks
  • Responsible for the Group's budget planning and forecasting process
Data Management and Analysis:
  • Monitoring and support of PowerBI data, boards and roles for all business partners in close cooperation with Data & Analytics
  • Responsibility for managing master data in SAP and reporting tools
  • Increasing transparency in business processes for analytical decision making - developing new tools (BI) and reports based on SAP and transforming data into actionable business drivers

Your story so far: 

  • You have a degree in business administration or business informatics with a focus on finance or controlling
  • You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience as a consultant, controller or finance manager in an international environment and are confident in creating integrated financial models
  • You are proactive, communicative, and you love to deep-dive into data.
  • You have first-class analytical skills and are solution- and goal-oriented
  • You have advanced experience with MS Excel, BI systems (e.g. PowerBI) and SAP
  • You are able to meet deadlines, manage a high workload in critical project phases and deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile, knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory
