FP&A Manager (all genders)

The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Carrying out detailed analyses of global sales performance, identifying trends and deriving recommendations for action for the countries/regions
- Monitoring of KPIs and preparation of regular reports for management
- Analysis of sales markets, competitors and market trends to support strategic sales planning
- Developing and monitoring sales budgets in close cooperation with the sales team
- Preparation of sales forecasts and support in the planning and management of sales targets
- Preparation of presentations and reports for management
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in existing sales processes and structures
- Development and introduction of controlling instruments to increase efficiency
- Support and management of cross-divisional projects to improve sales performance
- Participation in the development and implementation of the sales strategy
Your story so far:
- You have a university degree in business administration, business informatics or a
- comparable education
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in (sales) controlling
- Your understanding of numbers and your knowledge of common software tools for data analysis are very good
- You are characterized by your independent, proactive and efficient way of working, as well as your very good moderation and communication skills
- You have a high degree of independence, the ability to work in a team, flexibility and the willingness to take on responsibility
- You have very good MS Office and SAP user skills
- We expect you to be business fluent in written and spoken English, a good knowledge of German is an advantage
