Global SAP Key User SD - Order Management (all genders)
in München or Schwäbisch Gmünd (hybrid working possible)
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Optimization of workflows and design of our business processes
- Development of a cross-business understanding of stream-related and cross-functional SAP processes
- Training of employees on existing as well as newly introduced functions, including preparation of the corresponding training documents
- Analysis of the needs with the internal departments and derivation of concrete requirements
- Preparation of the conception of measures, which you will accompany up to the productive implementation together with our external and internal partners
- Creation of functional concepts and development of test cases as well as support of user acceptance tests
- Support of the global units in the analysis and elimination of errors and derivation of improvement potentials
- Participation in national and international ERP projects
Your story so far:
- You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training or a successfully completed degree course
- You have several years of professional experience in the SAP environment, especially in the SD module; knowledge of the integration of e-commerce solutions via EDI is a plus
- Ideally, you have experience in training end-users as well as in the train-the-trainer area
- You have gained extensive knowledge in the processes of sales order processing and their mapping in SAP
- You are able to adequately describe and create business processes
- You are willing to travel between our locations if necessary
- Good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
