Graphic Design - Retail & POS (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

  • You conceptualize, plan and design our trade catalog, including the new‑product section, in close collaboration with our Brand Management team
  • You develop, update and optimize our marketing support catalog for retailers together with the POS team
  • You take the graphical lead for our planogram software X‑Pace: editing product and packaging photos, maintaining data and continuously updating the system
  • You create EAN codes for our products and ensure their accuracy and functionality
  • You prepare print files for flags, tags and other product components
  • You design various corporate materials in different formats, such as business cards and presentation templates
  • You create layouts and graphics for POS placements, toy fairs and industry eventsYou produce high-quality renderings for displays and 2nd‑placement solutions

Your story so far:

  • You have completed vocational training as a media designer (or in a comparable graphic design field)
  • You bring 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • You work independently, responsibly and with a high level of reliability
  • You feel comfortable in a flexible and fast-paced setting and can manage several projects at once
  • You have good command of both German and English
  • You possess advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
