HR Business Partner (all genders) - parental leave cover
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- You are the first point of contact for our leaders and support with all topics related to the employee life circle
- You coach and develop managers and equip them with the relevant skills and tools to lead their teams in a motivated and successful manner
- You implement the HR strategy and ensure smooth processing in the respective areas
- You build relationships of trust to partner and consult our leaders on a diverse range of people topics
- You support the Chief of Staff with change management and strategic HR projects within a changing organization
- You are responsible for and manage HR planning, taking into account all essential HR areas
- You work continuously on the further development of the HR department
- You cooperate closely with HR Business Partners in Munich and Charlotte (USA)
Your story so far:
- You hold a degree in a business or psychology-related field, or you bring a comparable qualification with an HR focus
- You have experienced the full employee lifecycle in a global and dynamic setting for ≥ 4 years as HR Business Partner
- You are confident in dealing with labor law issues and advise managers in a confident and solution-oriented manner
- You have an independent and results-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
- You communicate fluently in English and German
- You are willing to travel
- Experience in an international work environment and a high level of intercultural competence are an plus
