HR Controlling & Compensation & Benefits Manager (all genders)
in Munich, Germany

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

We are seeking a skilled HR Controlling and Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to make informed recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. You will also manage global remuneration systems and support various HR processes and projects.
 
Reporting & Analysis
  • Collect, prepare, and monitor HR key figures and KPIs for dashboard reporting
  • Conduct personnel cost controlling and budget management
  • Perform salary studies and job evaluations
  • Participate in company audits
Compensation & Benefits Management
  • Manage global remuneration systems
  • Implement global benefits according to local practices and legal requirements
  • Manage local benefit providers and associated costs/invoices
  • Lead and support reward processes, including salary adjustments and bonuses
  • Serve as the primary contact and expert for remuneration-related issues and personnel costs globally
Systems & Process Management
  • Act as an interface between payroll service provider and BAV service provider
  • Co-lead IT projects related to payroll, applicant management, and master data
  • Maintain employee data in HRIT systems (Rexx)
  • Support the development and piloting of new HR processes in collaboration with the Chief of Staff

Your story so far:

  • Business studies degree with a minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably international
  • Strong financial competence and analytical skills with strategic vision
  • Proficiency in HR IT and payroll systems, idealyy Rexx systems
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
