HR Controlling & Compensation & Benefits Manager (all genders)
in Munich, Germany
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Collect, prepare, and monitor HR key figures and KPIs for dashboard reporting
- Conduct personnel cost controlling and budget management
- Perform salary studies and job evaluations
- Participate in company audits
- Manage global remuneration systems
- Implement global benefits according to local practices and legal requirements
- Manage local benefit providers and associated costs/invoices
- Lead and support reward processes, including salary adjustments and bonuses
- Serve as the primary contact and expert for remuneration-related issues and personnel costs globally
- Act as an interface between payroll service provider and BAV service provider
- Co-lead IT projects related to payroll, applicant management, and master data
- Maintain employee data in HRIT systems (Rexx)
- Support the development and piloting of new HR processes in collaboration with the Chief of Staff
Your story so far:
- Business studies degree with a minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably international
- Strong financial competence and analytical skills with strategic vision
- Proficiency in HR IT and payroll systems, idealyy Rexx systems
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management preferred
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
