Head of Field Sales DACH (all genders)
in Munich
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as coordination of the field sales
representatives in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as a Field Sales Coordinator - Management and development of the association and wholesale business
- Direct support of association and wholesale customers
- Analysis and realignment of internal processes and procedures to ensure the achievement of corporate goals
- Development and implementation of sales concepts for association customers with a focus on brand building, market expansion, and customer acquisition
- Continuous improvement of the POS presence and expansion of promotion activities at the
POS in close collaboration with trade marketing - Creation of a KPI system and corresponding reports for the field sales team to measure and
track current performance - Planning, control, and monitoring of field sales budgets and capacities
- Planning and implementation of personnel development measures, as well as managing HR
processes - Planning and execution of conferences and events, as well as participation in regional and
national trade fairs - Collaboration with other internal functional areas, such as B2B Order Management, Key
Account Management, and Trade Marketing
Your story so far:
- Completed degree in business administration (or equivalent)
- Experience in leadership positions within an international FMCG company
- Knowledge of German retail structures, ideally in the toy industry
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with SAP
- Relevant experience with field sales analysis and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, DeDeSales,
TechArt, Salesforce)
