- You develop regional sales strategies in line with our global sales roadmap
- You consistently implement these with your team - with a focus on sustainable, profitable growth
- You are responsible for forecasts, budget planning and performance in line with clear KPIs
- You manage our collaboration with specialist and wholesale partners in the DACH region
- You personally look after key customers and negotiate annual agreements at eye level
- You develop cross-channel concepts to expand our space and strengthen our brand
- You work cross-functionally with Marketing, CCSD, Supply Chain and Finance
- Seamlessly integrate digital channels such as e-commerce and Amazon into your sales strategy
- You use market and competitive data specifically to optimize our retail presence
- You lead and develop a committed, high-performing team - also internationally
- You promote individual development paths and build a culture of ambition, responsibility and team spirit
- You create transparency through clear goals, KPIs and regular communication
Your story so far:
- Several years of management experience in sales at an international FMCG company
- Proven expertise in field sales and in working with retail partners in the DACH region
- Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength and hands-on mentality
- Familiar with tools such as Salesforce, SAP and MS Office
- Confident communication in German and English
- A leader with attitude, vision - and a real heart for the team
