Initiative Manager (all genders)
in Munich, Germany
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Cross-functional leadership of project teams with consideration of quality, cost, and time
- Management and coordination of innovation projects from the concept phase to market launch
- Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans, including milestones, schedules, and resource requirements
- Ensuring and validating successful product launches throughout the development process (validation of costs, forecasts, and timelines)
- Close collaboration and stakeholder management with internal departments such as Brand Management, Sales, Product Design, Technical Project Management, and Procurement / external suppliers
- Identification and assessment of potential project risks and development of measures to minimize risks
- Regular review and adjustment of project strategies to ensure project success
- Conducting lessons learned for completed market launches and active participation in implementing process optimizations
Your story so far:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage interdisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills and decisiveness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in German and English at a negotiation level
