Working Student Sustainability Management (all genders)
in Munich

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

  • Supporting various sustainability projects, for example ESG reporting, Supply Chain Sustainability Management, CO2 Footprint, Climate Strategy
  • Support in the integration and implementation of the Cradle-to-Cradle principles at Schleich sites and suppliers
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability-related topics
  • Research and independently acquiring knowledge about sustainability topics, participating in trainings
  • Further developing the sustainability strategy within various activities and projects and actively contributing own ideas
  • Collect, analyze and coordinate a large amount of sustainability data using SAP and Excel
  • General administrative tasks in the field of sustainability as support for the Head of Sustainability in daily business

Your story so far: 

  • You are studying Sustainability Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar, at least in the 3rd semester
  • Ideally you have already gained initial experience in data management 
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English language skills
  • You have a confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally in SAP
  • You would describe yourself as creative and hands-on with analytical thinking skills
  • You work independently and reliably, enjoy teamwork and keep cool even with a higher workload
