International Business Development Manager (all genders)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven International Business Development Manager to support the Vice President Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining key partnerships and driving revenue growth across international markets. This role requires strong cross-cultural communication skills, market insight, and a proven track record in international business development or sales.
Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategies and translate them into Go-to-Market plans
- Lead and support general strategic business development projects
Sales Process Optimization & Automation
- Analyze existing sales processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Develop recommendations for optimizing sales processes and implementing automation to increase productivity
- Analyze Salesforce to streamline sales processes and workflows
Data Management & Reporting
- Implement best practices for data management and integrity to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Handle specific ad hoc analysis requests from top management
Sales Incentives & Performance Monitoring
- Set up and monitor sales incentive systems
Your story so far:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in international business development or global sales
- Proven ability to think strategically and analytically in dynamic, cross-cultural environments
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, paired with a self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
