International Consumer Service Agent (all genders)
in Prague, Czech Republic
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Co-development of a global complaint management system
- Participation in the development of customer support processes and tools, the integration of optimizations and implementation of workflows
- Processing of international end consumer complaints in compliance with KPIs (including customer satisfaction, processing time and costs)
- Development and management of global KPI reporting
- Contact person for (international) end customers for questions regarding complaints and other inquiries as well as the targeted internal forwarding of information
- Ensuring close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. Product Design, Product Lifecycle Management, Packaging, Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Logistics)
- Analyzing workflows, processes and statistics
- Spare parts management, which includes analyzing the demand for spare parts, as well as ensuring and implementing the spare parts strategy and maintaining the product range
Your story so far:
- You have a degree in business administration or comparable professional training
- You have several years of experience in customer service and/or customer success/analytics
- SAP and ideally Power BI knowledge is required
- You have sound knowledge in dealing with MS Office applications
- Your strengths include a strong ability to work in a team as well as customer and service orientation with seasonal flexibility
- You work carefully, independently and reliably
- Strong analytical skills and decisiveness combined with a solution- and goal-oriented attitude round off your profile
- You have very good communication skills in English and ideally German
