Internship/Working Student Social Media (all genders)
in Munich, Germany
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Video Content Creation: You independently produce and edit TikTok videos and Instagram Reels - from concept to final layout
- Editing & Refinement: You add subtitles, optimize sounds, give each clip the final touch, and re-edit existing video material to adapt it to various formats
- Copywriting: You write creative and platform-specific captions that excite our target audience
- Planning & Organization: You take charge of planning your shoots, keep track of timings, locations, and equipment, and ensure smooth execution
- Collaboration: You support our social media team in all tasks, work closely with external agencies for, e.g., our YouTube content, and continuously coordinate with other marketing areas to implement successful campaigns
- Reporting & Insights: You track the performance of your created content, identify top performers, and derive optimization ideas for future productions
Your story so far:
- You are studying at a German university in a program related to media production, social media, business administration, marketing, or a similar field - and you are interested in a diverse mandatory internship, ideally for 6 months
- TikTok and Instagram are part of your daily life, you know the latest trends and can creatively implement them in your own projectsYou already have experience with editing software (e.g., CapCut) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva) and enjoy working with image and video editing
- You are creative, articulate, and love creating content yourselfYou enjoy taking on new tasks that you can familiarize yourself with independently
- You are proficient in using Instagram as well as common MS Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- You are fluent in German and English written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage
