- Assist in developing and implementing innovative franchise strategies for marketing and product portfolio to enhance franchise awareness and market positioning
- Support in managing product lines and projects (3-year plan) from portfolio strategy to product range planning, including product development up to product launch
- Support in the development of the portfolio and innovation strategy for different product lines as well as continuous control and optimization of the existing range (monthly overview)
- Collaborate with agencies to develop impactful tool boxes, including campaign ideas, advertising material for ex TV assets and packaging designs
- Monitor franchise performance metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
Your story so far:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing, branding, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
- You bring a passion for branding, marketing, and consumer behavior
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is advantageous
- You show strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- You have an eye for details and the ability to think creatively
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- You are able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – German and English
