Junior Global Brand Manager (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Support in the development and execution of franchise strategies for marketing and product portfolio to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
- Contribute to the management of product lines and projects (3-year plan), from strategy and assortment planning to product launch
- Support the development and optimization of portfolio and innovation strategies, including ongoing assortment analysis
- Collaborate with agencies to develop effective marketing toolboxes (e.g. campaigns, promotional materials, packaging design)
- Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with agencies and external partners
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and differentiation opportunities
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all relevant touchpoints
Your story so far:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; initial experience in marketing, branding, or a similar area is a plus
- Strong passion for branding, marketing, and consumer behavior, with basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to reliably meet deadlines
- Structured, detail-oriented, and creative way of working
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and motivation to grow
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
