Junior Key Account Manager & Sales Analyst (all genders)
in Munich
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- You manage selected key accounts and support our Senior KAMs in their daily business
- You translate shopper, market and performance insights into tailored customer initiatives
- You drive key business levers like assortment, POS, promotion & pricing (with an ROI mindset)*
- You analyze real-time sales data and provide actionable recommendations
- You collaborate closely with e-commerce and Amazon teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel approach
- You are the go-to person for KAMs and internal teams when it comes to sales data and analysis
- You support planning, sell-out tracking, and promotional evaluations
- You handle listings, content availability, customer data and B2B portal tasks in coordination with internal partners
- You develop into a key user for our sales tools and processes

Your story so far:
- First experience in Sales, Sales Controlling or Account Management (ideally in FMCG or Toys)
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Confident communicator in both German and English
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce, SAP or BI tools is a plus
- A collaborative mindset, hands-on attitude and drive to grow
