Legal Counsel (all genders)
in Munich, Germany
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Advising the management and other departments on all legal issues
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and partners
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the company
- Identifying legal risks and developing strategies to minimize them
- Supporting the resolution of legal conflicts and, if necessary, conducting legal disputes
- Monitoring and implementing measures to protect personal data in accordance with data protection laws
- Conducting training for employees on legal issues and compliance
- Maintaining and archiving all important legal documents and contracts
- Developing and updating internal policies and procedures
- Regular reporting on the legal status and ongoing issues to management
Your story so far:
- You are a fully qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of professional experience in an (international) law firm or ideally as an in-house lawyer in an industrial company
- You are highly motivated to take on responsibility, master challenges and develop yourself on a daily basis
- Knowledge of commercial law, (international) business law, corporate law, contract law and intellectual property law is desirable; experience in data protection law is an advantage
- Your affinity for data-based approaches underlines your analytical thinking skills
- You are an expert at finding solutions quickly and pragmatically
- You would describe yourself as a strong communicator and want to support the business as a valued partner
- You are a team player and passionate about your work
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You are fluent in English and German
