Office Administrator (50% Part-time) (all genders)
in Munich

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

The Office Administrator plays an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our headquarter office in Munich. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management. You manage the office on a daily basis.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring necessary inventory levels
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • SAP support (ordering process, invoices)
  • Help organize team-building activities or office events

Your story so far: 

  • You ideally have high school diploma or equivalent
  • You have a few years of professional experience as Office Administrator
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • You have strong communication skills verbal & written
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You ideally have good knowledge of SAP and SAP Concur
  • You have strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • You have a high attention to detail and accuracy
