Office Administrator & Team Assistant (all genders)

The following adventures await you at Schleich:
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the central point of contact at our Munich headquarters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming, well-organized, and fully equipped work environment. You’ll support both employees and management, and with your organizational talent and hands-on mentality, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for employees and guests
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment (ordering, inventory tracking)
- Support with administrative tasks such as mail handling, filing, and document archiving
- Take ownership of a clean and well-stocked office kitchen and prepared meeting rooms
- Coordinate and manage external office and facility service providers
- Assist with purchasing and invoice processes (e.g. SAP, Concur)
- Contribute to the planning and organization of company events and office activities
- Provide backup support for the Management Assistant (e.g. calendar management, travel bookings)
Your story so far:
- Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience in a commercial or service-oriented environment, ideally in office management or a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for a service-oriented role on-site at our Munich HQ
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style – even when juggling multiple tasks
- Team spirit and a desire to work in a small team with a high level of personal responsibility
