Operational Buyer - Indirect Procurement (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Creating and processing purchase orders based on approved requisitions in the ERP system or digital procurement platforms
- Ensuring process compliance and data quality in SAP (MM)
- Monitoring order confirmations, deliveries, and invoices
- Managing and continuously improving P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) processes
- Identifying and implementing automation opportunities (e.g., purchase requisition to order)
- Maintaining master data (suppliers, materials, prices)
- Supporting the use of catalogs and master agreements
- Reducing maverick buying and manual effort
- Supporting reporting and operational metrics
Your story so far:
- You have experience in operational procurement, including the P2P process
- You are highly proficient in SAP MM and have extensive practical experience with the system
- You have experience in automation and process optimization
- Your understanding of efficient and standardized workflows facilitates smooth collaboration
- You are distinguished by your strong process orientation, attention to detail, and structured and reliable work style
- A strong service orientation toward internal customers is second nature to you
- Your strong communication skills and good command of English round out your profile
