POS & Planogram Manager (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

As POS & Planogram Manager, you ensure perfect brand presentation on the shelf and maximum shopper orientation. You develop planograms, optimize our POS systems and implement merchandising principles – strategically sound and operationally excellent.

POS System & Merchandising Principles

  • Further development of our POS system (gondola, merchandiser, backwall) for maximum brand impact
  • Definition of merchandising principles based on shopper insights

Planogram Development

  • Design and implementation of strategic planograms for different channels and store formats

Sales Aids & Call-to-Action

  • Concept and execution of impactful POS materials
  • Management of sales-driving initiatives across all channels

Performance Monitoring & Execution

  • Analyze planogram performance and derive optimizations
  • Manage SAP workflows, budget planning and agency coordination
  • Track implementation success and document learnings

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead a designer for the creation of sales aids
  • Continuously refine merchandising strategies based on feedback

Your story so far:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Retail Management – you bring a solid understanding of retail and brand strategies
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in merchandising and planogram development, ideally within the FMCG sector and in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI tracking to evaluate the effectiveness of your concepts based on data
  • Confident in working with SAP and experienced in budget planning as well as managing agencies and external partners
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate complex projects efficiently and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • You are proactive, hands-on and passionate about retail and brand presentation
