Quality Manager / Quality Management Representative (QMB) (all genders)

The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Maintaining and further developing the quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits
- Moderation and implementation of quality circles and CIP projects
- Reporting of KPIs
- Initiating corrective and preventive measures to continuously improve the quality management system as well as supporting and advising all department heads in its implementation
- Organising training courses for employees
Your story so far:
- You have successfully completed a technical degree or master craftperson or technician with appropriate further training in quality management
- You have a qualification and relevant experience as an internal auditor and QMB ISO 9001:2015 of a manufacturing company
- You are characterised by your user experience in the various QM methods
- You can personally identify with the CIP concept
- You are a strong communicator who impresses with your strong powers of persuasion combined with an independent and responsible way of working
- A high degree of initiative and a hands-on mentality are a matter of course for you
- You have a good knowledge of German and English
