Revenue Growth Manager (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will develop and manage measures to increase sales across all channels and customers. Your focus will be on promotion management, price optimization, product range management, and cross-channel planning. With your analytical skills and strategic thinking, you will ensure sustainable growth and actively shape the future.

Promotions

  • Developing and coordinating the annual promotion strategy at brand and retailer level
  • Coordinating promotion plans, including strategy, budget, timing, and mechanics
  • Analyzing promotion performance and deriving optimizations
  • Sharing insights with marketing, sales, category management, and finance

Pricing & Pack Price Architecture (PPA)

  • Evaluating and optimizing existing pricing strategies
  • Monitoring competitor prices and deriving recommendations
  • Developing pricing strategies for new products in collaboration with relevant teams

RGM Opportunity Identification

  • Conducting analyses to identify growth opportunities
  • Deriving strategic priorities and presenting them to management

Channel & Portfolio Strategies

  • Developing cross-channel concepts and go-to-market plans
  • Coordinating pricing and promotion concepts with POS activations

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Creating reports and dashboards, KPI tracking, and competitive analyses
  • Working closely with category management, sales, marketing, finance, and international markets

 

Your story so far:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
  • 3–5 years of experience in the FMCG/CPG sector, ideally in Revenue Growth, Pricing, Promotion or Category Management
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Excel
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to manage complex topics at management level
  • You are proactive, hands-on and motivated to contribute and implement your own ideas
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
