Sales Representative (all genders)
in the Greater Bavaria Area
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Responsibility for sales and earnings for all customers and managers in the assigned sales area
- Implementation of strategic and operational directives from Marketing, Sales Management, and Key Account Management
- Planning of customer sales, sell-in, and sell-out
- Forecasting and sales of new products, displays, secondary placements, and decoration packages
- Ongoing merchandising and revision of product displays, including setup of new installations and layout changes
- Management of external service personnel assigned to the territory, if applicable
- Planning and management of key outlets, with continuous updates to scorecards
- Continuous expansion of shelf space for the Schleich brand as well as acquisition of new customers
- Monitoring and documentation of market and competitive activities
- Use of available budgets (e.g., advertising allowances, obsolete goods management) with a focus on optimizing EBIT
Your story so far:
- Commercial training / completed degree in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales position in field sales
- Knowledge of the toy market and/or experience in the distribution of FMCG
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Class B driver's license
