Sales Representative Southern Bavaria (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Manager of the sales territory with responsibility for sales and earnings
- Supporting all customers in the territory in accordance with the current contact schedule, as well as implementation of strategic and operational guidelines from marketing, sales management, and key account management
- Possibility of assuming responsibility for regional key accounts
- Forecasting and selling new products, displays, secondary placements, and decoration packages, as well as replenishment
- Regular revision (merchandising) of product presentation, taking on new installations and layout changes
- Permanent expansion of space for the Schleich brand and acquisition of new customers
- Observation and documentation of market and competitor activities
- Use of available budgets (advertising subsidies, sales aids, etc.) with a view to optimizing EBIT
Your story so far:
- You have completed commercial training or a degree, ideally with a focus on business administration, sales, and/or marketing
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a sales position in the field
- You have knowledge of the toy market and/or the distribution of FMCG
- You have very good German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
- You have good MS Office skills
- You have a class B driver's license
