Please note that this position is based in Prag and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

  • Shape the global demand outlook across international markets as part of our centrally managed Demand & Supply Planning organization.
  • Take ownership of key Demand Planning and S&OP processes and help define how planning excellence looks at Schleich.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning teams worldwide to create one aligned demand view.
  • Drive forecasting for product launches, seasonal campaigns and trend-driven assortments.
  • Turn market insights and business data into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and planning performance.
  • Help shape and continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working as part of our ongoing transformation journey.
  • Leverage SAP IBP, Power BI and advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Your story so far:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and S&OP within an international FMCG, Consumer Goods, Toy, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning and a passion for turning data into business decisions.
  • Advanced analytical skills combined with excellent knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and other planning and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across functions, markets, and seniority levels.
  • Experience driving cross-functional planning processes, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the curiosity to challenge the status quo and identify better ways of working.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Basic Python knowledge and German language skills are a plus.
