Technical Innovation Specialist (all genders)

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

Further development of modern technologies in the areas of injection molding, engineering plastics and process automation -
Planning, construction and operation of our own technical plant for sample and prototype production -
Process optimization of processing methods, systems and equipment to increase efficiency and quality -
Material trials and sampling: Planning, implementation and documentation for the validation of new materials and processes -
Close collaboration with Procurement, Product Design, Technical Supplier Management and external partners -
Research and feasibility studies: development of new materials and innovative production technologies -
Presentation and documentation of your results in an interdisciplinary team
Your story so far:
- Completed technical training in process engineering, materials science, plastics engineering,
or a related field - Experience in the operation and handling of technical equipment, such as injection molding
machines and automation systems - Knowledge of the development, processing, and modification of common plastics, especially
TPE, ABS, PA, POM - Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and offline robot programming (e.g.,
RoboDK) is an advantage - Interest in control engineering tasks
- Logical-analytical thinking, as well as interpersonal and team skills
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
