Technical Supplier Manager - Playsets (all genders)
in Munich
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- You are responsible for product industrialization within an existing network of external
partners in an international environment - You work in an interdisciplinary project team to ensure the timely and cost-effective
implementation of new products, especially playsets - You provide technical support to our suppliers and serve as the main point of contact for their
concerns regarding manufacturability, production, and packaging processes - You manage internal and external communication between external partners and internal
project teams - You play a key role in developing product specifications and ensure their compliance with our
external partners - You drive the continuous development of our partner network to increase efficiency in
development and production
Your story so far:
- You are a technician or engineer with solid knowledge in design, manufacturing technology, or plastics engineering
- You have several years of experience in project management of product development projects
and in managing external partners - You demonstrate a structured and efficiency-driven approach to your tasks
- You have business-fluent English skills
- Willingness to travel internationally is required (approx. 20%)
- A confident demeanor and strong communication skills complete your profile
