Working Student Global Procurement (all genders)
in Munich
 
You will be part of global purchasing at Schleich and have the opportunity to work in five exciting specialist departments (strategic purchasing, indirect purchasing, packaging, raw material innovation and automation development).

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

  • Reviewing and analyzing prices to ensure that we receive the best offers
  • Supporting the preparation of inquiry documents and communication with suppliers
  • Maintaining and updating data and prices in the ERP system
  • Taking responsibility for smaller projects and other requests
  • Creating overviews of various contracts and assisting with the management of data
  • Editing specifications and parts lists in our ERP system

Your story so far: 

  • You are an enrolled student (all genders) in the field of economics, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable course of study
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in purchasing or administrative activities
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You have a structured and precise way of working and a good eye for data and document management
  • You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP MM)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths, and you can maintain an overview even with several parallel tasks
