Working Student Customer & Shopper Marketing (all genders)
in Munich, Germany
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Category Management: You will support on gathering, implementing and preparing shopper and category insights as well as sell-in/sell-out analysis to deliver actionable recommendations at the POS for customer, shopper and end consumer
- Shopper Activation: You will support on the execution of shopper activation together with the agency partner (i.e. preparing the campaign brief, review the offer, brief for key visual, landing page, review T&Cs, etc.)
- Trade Marketing Manager: You will support on planogram development and POS material implementation and continuous improvement (i.e. development of merchandising principles and POS materials such as sales aids, shelf stripes, pricing etiquettes)
- Second placement and Toy Fairs: You will support on operational management and communication with several suppliers when it comes to display development and toy fairs organization (i.e. quotation, delivery, status quo of the projects, maintenance of SAP workflows, etc.)
Your story so far:
- You are studying marketing with a focus on trade/retail, business administration, economics, data analytics/market research, communication and media, at least in the 3rd semester and are now looking for a compulsory internship / working student job to apply your theoretical content in practice
- You are well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are just as good at creative conception and implementation as analytical thinking (knowledge of Power BI is a plus)
- You work independently and reliably, enjoy teamwork and keep a cool head even in stressful times
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of trade marketing and operation (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
