Working Student Global Trade Marketing (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Category Management
You will support the collection, implementation, and preparation of shopper and category insights as well as sell-in and sell-out analyses in order to deliver actionable point-of-sale recommendations for customers, shoppers, and end consumers. - Shopper Activation
You will support the execution of shopper activation initiatives in collaboration with our agency partners (e.g. preparing campaign briefings, reviewing proposals, briefing key visuals and landing pages, reviewing terms and conditions, etc.). - Trade Marketing
You will support the development of planograms and the implementation of POS materials, as well as their continuous improvement - Secondary Placements and Toy Trade Fairs
You will support the operational coordination and communication with various suppliers related to display development and the organization of toy trade fairs
Your story so far:
- You are studying Marketing with a focus on Trade/Retail Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics/Market Research, or Communication and Media, are at least in your 3rd semester, and are now looking for a mandatory internship or a working student position to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have strong skills in both creative concept development and execution as well as analytical thinking (knowledge of Power BI is a plus).
- You work independently and reliably, enjoy working in a team, and are able to stay calm and focused even in stressful situations.
- Ideally, you already have experience in trade marketing and operations (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
- In addition to fluency in German, you have very good written and spoken English language skills
