Working Student HR Business Partner & Employer Branding (all genders)

The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- HR Business Partner: Supporting the entire Business Partner team in various exciting projects and tasks as well as conducting research
- Employer branding: Development of a long-term employer branding strategy for our LinkedIn and Instagram channels as well as content creation and participation in job fairs
- University marketing: Communication with various universities and development of long-term partnerships and projects
- Global Talent Acquisition Management: Support as required in global talent acquisition management
- Data management: Maintenance of our HR personnel management tool Rexx and creation and reporting of evaluations
Your story so far:
- You are currently studying business psychology, social sciences, business administration or a similar field in an advanced semester
- You already have some experience in recruiting or as an HR Business Partner
- You can organize and structure yourself well and have a passion for HR
- You have an ability to see the big picture and are able to initiate process optimization through constructive feedback
- You already have some experience with HR software and are familiar with the MS Office environment (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
